01Use of this site
You may use this site to learn about Grayston Technologies, review services and products, and submit a project inquiry. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape aggressively, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or misleading content.
02Inquiries, services, and estimates
Submitting a contact form or sending an email starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, commitment to perform work, or guarantee of availability, scope, price, timing, or outcome.
Any product engineering, mobile development, AI or ML work, cloud or data engineering, cybersecurity review, modernization, automation, or consulting engagement requires mutually agreed terms in a separate written agreement.
03Content and intellectual property
The Grayston Technologies name, logo, website content, layout, original graphics, and other original materials are owned by Grayston or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, republish, or create derivative commercial material from them except as permitted by law or written authorization.
Product screenshots may contain representative or sanitized data. They demonstrate interface and system capability but do not disclose live customer, personnel, operational, or protected information.
04Confidential and sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private keys, production credentials, private source code, export-controlled material, regulated records, protected personnel data, or third-party confidential information through the public contact form.
When you submit project information, you represent that you have the right to share it. A separate confidentiality agreement and secure intake method can be established before sensitive materials are exchanged.
05Products, examples, and third parties
This site references Grayston-operated or related products, including VerityForge, MyPokerMaps, FeltOS, QrystalDrop, and CUOPeration, and may link to third-party platforms. Product availability, features, terms, privacy practices, and service levels may differ and may change.
Case studies, examples, timelines, and capability descriptions do not guarantee identical results. Every project depends on scope, access, data, integrations, constraints, third-party systems, testing, and release requirements.
06Security testing and responsible disclosure
Nothing on this site authorizes security testing against Grayston systems or third-party products. If you believe you found a vulnerability, follow the boundaries on the security page and report it to jforster@graystontechnologies.com.
07Disclaimers and limitation
This website is provided for informational purposes on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Grayston disclaims implied warranties regarding the website and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Grayston is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising solely from use of this public website. Separate project agreements govern liability for paid services or licensed products.
08Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the website, products, or business practices change. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply to later use.
