01Information collected
Grayston Technologies collects information you choose to submit through the contact form or direct email, including your name, email address, company or organization, project type, timeline, budget range, and project details.
The website and hosting infrastructure may also receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, response status, and security or error logs.

- Evaluate fit, scope software work, and prepare proposals or project documentation.
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and contact workflow.
- Maintain business records related to inquiries, agreements, support, and legal obligations.
- Prevent spam, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
03Service providers and sharing
Grayston does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, and project operations. The website is hosted on Vercel, and contact-form email is delivered through Resend.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transfer, or at your direction. External product links are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
04Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. Essential browser storage may be used for interface behavior, such as avoiding a repeated introduction animation during the same browsing session.
If analytics or additional tracking is introduced, this policy will be updated and any consent controls required by applicable law will be added.
05Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, project records, legal obligations, dispute prevention, security, and operational continuity. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the inquiry and any resulting business relationship.
Grayston uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including transport encryption, restricted operational access, security headers, validation, and provider controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
06Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held through a website inquiry, subject to legal, security, contractual, and record-retention obligations. Grayston does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this business website.
Do not send passwords, API keys, private source code, regulated records, or sensitive third-party data through the public contact form. A secure intake method can be established when needed.
