The website and hosting infrastructure may also receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, response status, and security or error logs.
Grayston does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, and project operations. The website is hosted on Vercel, and contact-form email is delivered through Resend.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transfer, or at your direction. External product links are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. Browser storage remembers your language choice and motion preference. You can change your language using the language menu or clear the preference in your browser settings.
The website may use your browser language to select a supported language on your first home-page visit. Translations are generated ahead of time and served by this website. Contact-form contents are not sent to a translation service.
If analytics or additional tracking is introduced, this policy will be updated and any consent controls required by applicable law will be added.
Inquiry information is retained as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, project records, legal obligations, dispute prevention, security, and operational continuity. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the inquiry and any resulting business relationship.
